Room Description

An air-conditioned bedroom with a balcony on the east overlooks a coconut palm orchard, a comfortably sized toilet, a spacious living-dining space with a kitchenette, a roll-out sofa-bed that sleeps two people. This sitting space opens onto a large balcony on the west which overlooks the Arabian Sea. Solar heated hot water 24/7, dish TV for entertainment, natural well water that is purified by RO (Reverse Osmosis) and UV (Ultra Violet) filters; therefore, safe for drinking. Plenty of parking space with vehicular access right up to the entrance of the premises.

Cancellation Policy

  1. All reservations can be cancelled upto 14 days prior to date of arrival without incurring cancellation fees.
  2. A reservation that is cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be applicable to the following retention charges.
    • Duration of stay 1 – 3 nights – Retention 1 night charge
    • Duration of stay 3 – 7 nights – Retention 3 night charge
    • Duration of stay 7 nights + – Retention 50% of total stay
  3. Any reservations for the Peak Period ( 21st Dec – 3rd Jan) cancelled 14 days prior to the check in will incur 100% cancellation charges and a month prior 50% of the total amount.
  4. Reservation will be held upto 1800 hrs on the day of arrival unless prior information for late check -in has been provided. A reservation that is neither cancelled nor taken up by the client by the stipulated time, will be classed as a no – show.
  5. In such a situation, 100% no -show charge will be implemented and any further nights included in the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

  1. The hotel checkin -in time is 1300 hrs and checkout time is 12 noon.
  2. For arrivals at the hotel prior to 0700 hrs, the reservation needs to be made and held from the previous night.
  3. For arrivals between 0700 hrs – 1300 hrs, a request for early check- in can be made and will be subject to availability.
  4. Likewise for late check-outs, a request can be made to the hotel and will be subject availability.
  5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  6. A child between the age of 0-2 years is classed as an infant and will be considered free of charge. A cot for the same will be provided on a complimentary basis – subject to availability.
  7. A child between 3 – 12 years will be charged at the applicable extra child rate.
  8. A child above 12 years will be considered as an adult, and extra adult charges will be applicable.
  9. The room can accommodate a maximum of 4 adults or 2 adults with 2 children below 12 years.
  10. It is compulsory for any Non – resident, Indian/ Foreigner to produce their passport at the time of check-in.
  11. It is compulsory for any Indian national to carry a valid identity proof, including photo id and produce it at the time of check- in.
